Shipping policy

Shipping is between 7-14 business days. This includes the fulfillment process and in-transit time. Fulfillment takes between 2-7 business days. After your order is placed we process your order, then pack and ship. In-transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include the fulfillment processing time of up to 7 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. We do not ship internationally. Shipping is available to those with an address in the 48 of U.S. states and D.C.

Please note that these shipping times may be extended due to holidays, inclement weather, etc.  

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our distribution center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.

If your order or orders within the same day equals $20 or more, it is required that your shipping address is the same as your billing address. We suggest that you input the same shipping address as your billing address to ensure timely processing of your order. If your order is flagged as “high risk”, you will receive an email from our team to confirm your order. 

We are not responsible for your order once it has left our facility. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the post office.  We also are not responsible for a package that tracking has marked as "delivered," but that you haven't received.  In the rare case that this situation happens, immediately contact your local post office for more information and/or file a claim with USPS.

Lastly, during the summer please make arrangements for your package, especially if you live in a very hot climate to avoid melting or formulation disruption.  If at all possible please bring your package inside as soon as it is delivered and do not leave it out in the sun/in your car/in the metal parcel lockers/etc.  

For any free shipping promotion, orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.
