Refund policy

Each of our products are individually produced and inspected according to our facility’s sanitation standards. Given the intimate nature of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges - all sales are final. No refunds or discounts will be provided for missed sales. Gift cards are non-refundable. 

Once your item(s) has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of Mocha Michele LLC. However, in the event that an item(s) is incorrect at the fault of Mocha Michele, please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being incorrect or damaged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

To report an incorrect or damaged item(s), please use the following process:

1) Contact our Customer Care team via the incorrect/damaged item(s) form or via email at info@mochamichele.com.

2) You will be asked to provide photo(s) of the item along with the original packing slip and a description of the incorrect or damaged item(s). Please include your order number associated with the items in question in all correspondences. 

Once we receive your information and assess the item(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the required outcome. Please note that all incorrect or damaged  items must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Please Note: Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Your packing slip and order number is your proof of purchase and must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will be asked to provide a picture of the items received and the packing slip via email along with a description of the issue you are seeking to get resolved to info@mochamichele.com. Please include your order number in all correspondences. If the packing slip and order number is not available, we will only issue a store credit for orders that were incorrect or damaged. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are not refundable.
